Shipping policy

Shipping Delivery:

Shipping method is determined based on the weight, dimension and distance of the shipment and the carrier. Carriers we use are Royal Mail, UPS, & FedEx. At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Once an order is received, it takes 2 to 4 business days to process before it ships from the Spellbinders UK warehouse. Once the order is in transit orders can take between 2 - 21 business days to be delivered, depending on the shipping method and destination. Delivery may take more than stated shipping time if an order is held by the destination country’s local customs office. This means orders may take anywhere from 2 to 21+ business days to arrive.

Countries Not Served: Due to shipping method and rate challenges, we currently do not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, China, Iraq, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Pakistan, Palestinian Territory, United Arab Emirates, South Sudan, Republic of SSD, and select others. 

Spellbinders Web-store Shipping Methods: (non-club):

UK Domestic orders:

  • Royal Mail: Orders within the UK general will take about 2-3 days to be delivered.

International Orders: Spellbinders UK customers may select the International shipping method of their choice at checkout. Taxes and duties will now be paid by the customer at time of delivery. We now offer three International shipping options:

  • Royal Mail Tracked (5-7 working days)
  • FedEx International Economy (4-6 working days)
  • UPS World Wide Expedited (2-5 working days) 

All shipments outside the UK may be subject to import charges/fees (Duties, Customs, Tariffs, and VAT) which are set by the destination country. These are based on the purchased merchandise’s country of origin/manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise and may be levied once your package reaches destination country. Customs fees and policies are different from country to country and may change regularly. You should contact your local customs office for additional information. As the purchaser, you are responsible to pay all fees at time of delivery. Refunds are NOT allowed due to import charge refusal.

Spellbinders Club Shipping:

  • UK Club Fulfillment: Initial club subscriptions will ship from the Spellbinders UK Warehouse by the end of each month. Recurring orders will charge on the 5th of each month and will ship by the last day of the month. Domestic club shipments will either use Royal Mail or another method. depending on the club and the destination..

International Club Shipping Policy: Initial club subscriptions will ship from the Spellbinders UK Warehouse by the end of each month. Recurring orders will charge on the 5th of each month and orders will ship by the end of each month. International club shipments will either use Royal Mail Tracked International, or FedEx International Economy.

     Free Shipping on £125+ Orders:

    The following applies to UK customers only. Spellbinders UK Website orders of £125 or more (after discounts and not including taxes or any other fees) will receive FREE UK Shipping. Not applicable to international orders. Offer is only available to individual consumer use only; not available to retail / wholesale / distributor customers; not for distribution; excludes taxes and any additional charges; not valid on any previous web, phone or retail purchases; cannot be redeemed for cash; void where prohibited.
